I own a HP Intel dual core Media PC. I would like to get away from dvr-ms, so I would use GB-PVR, if I could. The remote on this system, is a HP remote, but in configuring GB-PVR channel changer, it doesn't matter what I use, the remote works fine to control GB-PVR, but doesn't change the channels on Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8000 cable box.
I have read every post I could find on the IR Blaster that is installed, eHome IR Reciever. I have tried HIP and Glider, to no avail. Perhaps I am too dense to understand the setup.
Is there any way to support the eHome IR Reciever?
