MVP reconnects

I finally bought the Hauppauge MVP and have it all connected, it talks to the PC and pulls everything from it. My question is how do I stop the disconnect/reconnects? I know you will say zip the log files and you will check them out. Which log files in which directory? Thanks again for all the great assistance.

This is an MVP related question, so post it in the MVP section. one of the mods will probably move it over there.
To answer your question please provide some more info. Like, when do these disconnects happen, system specs, etc. I'm sure someone can poin you in the right direction.
Also search the forum, there have been quite a lot of topics related to disconnecting MVP's
