Regarding EDLs,
this is a very personal request as it can only affect me
BUT, I run a Perl Script after the show completes recording, and after comskip
has finished that parses and comments the EDL file as such:
I can then use the EDL to manually finetune the actual edits.
Mencoder doesn't mind the comments....
It would be REAL REAL NICE, if GB-PVR did the same thing...
Cause right now, if the EDL exists and has any "Badly formatted EDL lines"
GB-PVR balks completely and silently refuses to play the show.
