I want to use SQLite for the DB as I don't have access on my machine. How/where do you install this DB?

From the Wiki:
NOTE: If upgrading from version 4.4 then this version will wipe the database and create a new one. If you have any database saved playlists (not M3U files) then before installing the new version, export your old playlists using the configuration tool. Then they can be imported. Attach:MusicLibrary2DB.zipΔ Unzip to GBPVR Root directory. This replaces the older database as the format has changed. This is only required if using MSAccess. Correct, only MDB needs a database first to that it can be re-created. With SQL-Lite if there isn't one there it will create one - much easier from my point of view.
