Recording Service State

The gbpvr tray app doesn't indicate if the recording service is running or not. It would be nice if the tray app would monitor the service periodically and change the icon color to red if the service is currently stopped.

I ask this because somehow my recording service failed to restart yesterday and there is no easy way to tell.

Even better would be a visual tray indicator if it is stopped and a message in the recording soon window that the service is stopped.
Scrolling through all the recording soons with the service stopped doesn't tell the user that there is a problem and the recordings aren't actually going to record.
