"Resume at last viewed point" on video playback

Something my DVD player does, that I find very useful, is to allow you to resume a disc that has been removed from the machine at a later time - useful for those times when your viewing is interrupted by a small child who wants to watch a DVD of their own!

This would be an extremely useful feature for video playback on gbpvr - when starting a video that has been seen partway through before, you could be prompted to start from the beginning or from the last viewed point.

This feature has now been implemented, and will be included in the next release. I've also got an option in the config application to disable it, which is useful for my development...
