Change aspect during pause

You actually already can, when you're using the Overlay, VMR9 Custom or VMR9 Fullscreen Exclusive renderers.

It doesnt work with the other two options, since its not possible to update anything on the screen with VMR7 or VMR9 unless the video is playing. Its a limitation of the regular VMR renderer.
