Support for 878-based WinTV boards

Does anyone know if there is going to be any support for the Hauppauge TV WinTV-GO-Plus PCI card which is a 878-based WinTV board?

Sorry, no. These devices lack the required hardware MPEG2 encoder.

If you're lucky, you might be able to get it working with this plugin: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=2753
