custom backround image

Is it possible to have an option for changing the backround image to whatever you want? It'd be cool to see the menu above a real picture (like a grassy hill, the beach, etc.). Even cooler would be if it supported formats more than just JPEG, perhaps animated gifs or animated PNG (MNG - Multiple-image Network Graphics) so that you could have a cool floating effect.

You can already change the backgroup if you wish by replacing the background.jpg file. Animation will not work very well due to the slow refresh of an MVP client, this is being discused in this section task.png
