The Perfect HTPC

I'm looking for specs for the perfect HTPC for the following functions.
1. Watch free OTA digital content exclusively.(no analogue)
2. Record and playback tv shows.
3. Watch DVD movies.
4. Making DVD's from captured home videos. Converting VHS to DVD.
5. Play Music (CD, MP3)

I might later use a media extender to play recorded shows in another room but for now it will be in the living room. Lets say money is no object and give me your best build components.

2. GBPVR (zap2it for EPG)
3. Cyberlink DVD player installed, use GBPVR
4. Need an analog card, prolly a 150 or HVR-1600 for an extra digital tuner and the analog
5. GBPVR although i have too much music that its a real PIA.

Onto components other than those. I'm not sure. I'd prolly go with an Antec Fusion case. I'd also look into those new motherboards with onboard HDMI. That would be awesome.
