My GB-PVR and MVP setup is referred to as 'The Magic Box' by my wife. We're beginning to wonder if there's truth in that....
Like other UK users that use XMLTV for our EPGs, I currently have no listings due to the RT website having gone down overnight. The only things I have showing in TV Guide etc. are scheduled season recordings.
Anyway, in a (failed) attempt to fix things with a recent XMLTV file, one of those scheduled recordings disappeared from the list - an episode of The Simpsons at 6pm tonight. It vanished from the Pending recordings list and, according to the GB-PVR app., it knows nothing about it. Except...
At 2 minutes to 6pm, I heard activity on my machine and the Systray app. showed it was recording 'The Simpsons'. No sign of it in the TV Guide and no mention in the Pending recordings list. Spooky. :eek:
