mplex.exe no longer available?

It appears that the mplex.exe file on the cuttermaran distribution is no longer available. It has been converted to a dll file. Can somebody tell me where I can get a copy of the mplex.exe necessary to complete the Video Archive installation?

Thanks!! I assume that I need to rename mplex1.exe to just mplex.exe...

You can download all the old revs from the site. I think I have 1.66 on my machine (http://www.cuttermaran.de/files/Cuttermaran%201.66.zip)

That link doesn't seem to work, I get a "HTTP 404 Error". Is there another source for this file?
