Is it ok to run comskip in the parallel processing batch on a file and run mpg2srt in the post processing with the same mpg file?

Maybe, but I'd stick to using one or the other for both.

I obviously dont test stuff like this, so no gaurantees.

I thought that might be the case. I like to use parallel processing for comskip because it uses less CPU cycles than full out post processing. Now that I think about it, if I run comskip first, it will hold off the mpg2srt processing until comskip is done anyway, so that works the way I want it to.

Exactly... you can run whatever commands you want after comskip finishes in your ParallelProcessing.bat
