Should be able to use the Add Reference, browse tab when adding a reference inside Visual Studio.

Is that Visual Studio 2005 or some earlier version? These are .net 2.0 DLLs, so require this version.

If your problem is an old version of visual studie, you can download VStudio Express 2005 (C#) for free from Microsoft at http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/downloads/

I've been using it for development and seems completely adequate for writing plugins. (plus you can't beat the price).

They are also offering their next version for free (codename orcas) from here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/future/

The System Menu icon in the top left of the title bar is that of VS.NET 2003. The icon has changed for VS2005.

Cheers,

Got it resolved with visual studio 2005. Seems like visual studio 2003 is good for .NET 1
