This is odd...... Today (around noon) I checked the weather and noticed that it had the forecast for Today, Tomorrow and Monday. I suspect it thinks that it was Saturday but i checked the system clock and it's set right. Is there a log for the Weather plugin so I can see what if any activity (like updating) it's doing ?

Check gbpvr_exe.log, I think it's in there.

Hmm, here's a line out of mine.
Is your logging level set to debug?

ah after turning on debug logging I was able to see the weather updating in that log file. Now I can monitor it and see if there is any problem. Thanks

Still digging into this problem.
Am I correct in understanding that the weather plugin is going to update every 90 minutes ?
I'm not seeing that in the logs now that I've got it in debug mode.
