Hi,
if Hauppauge PVR 350 is set for decoding the videos, the menue button for DVD is not shown, because the PVR350 is not able to show DVD's.
Is it neccesary to exclude the dvd-player completly, if i use the pvr350 for video output ? Couldn't the DVD-Player simply use the software decoder while the pvr350 output is simply displaying nothing or some text, saying that the dvd-player is using the software decoder ? That would be very much more comfortable for viewing dvd's.
I know, that you are not very keen on changing anything that is dealing with the PVR350 (I read the thread: "Use PVR350 for MPEG and software for Xvid"). But maybe it would just be a very little change, that does no harm.
