New comics plugin available

Thanks to JasonF, we now have an updated Comics plugin available. This version now keeps the original aspect ratio of the cartoon, and added a zoom and pan feature to let someone enlarge a hard-to-read cartoon, like those sunday dilberts etc.
It also now uses a config file for the list of comics. http://www.gbpvr.com/plugins.html
