Sure.  Which ones?

I also added page up and down for the remote users as well.

Looks good!

Should be a bit more remote friendly instead of having to scroll through the list of episodes.

Here is an article that discusses On Screen keyboard layout, what works and what doesn't work from a usability stand point.

Definitely an improvement though from a remote control perspective.

Thanx, I'd like å, ä, ö, (perhaps also ü) and a wildcard (?) for all others (like é and it's cousins). I'd probably use the wildcard for ;:.- etc as well, or perhaps you will ignore those when searching? How will it work? Where can you search?

Is it doing a search everytime I hit a key, so it's kind of auto-completing?

Will it try and match anywhere so I don't have to start with the first letter?

Can't wait to try it out

The plugin appears to be working but the API's prevent me from setting the quality and padding. The next version of gbpvr will provide a fix for it.

If you want to play with it I can send it to you. [Image: smile.gif] No guarantees. [Image: smile.gif]

The search will display everything with a wildcard at the end.

Search for Star Trek
You can find
Star Trek Enterprise and Star Trek Voyager. So you only need a partial match.

>Is it doing a search everytime I hit a key, so it's kind of auto-completing?
Yup.

>I'd probably use the wildcard for ;:.- etc as well, or perhaps >you will ignore those when searching?
I am using the sql search. I might be able to do wildcards in between. Not sure though.

> How will it work? Where can you search?
It will work like the existing search guide but with the keyboard and completing. I am not sure what you mean by where can you search?

> Thanx, I'd like å, ä, ö, (perhaps also ü) and a wildcard (?)

I have added the å, ä, ö,ü,é.

maybe it would be easier to use a for all "a-like letters" ä,å,æ.., use o for ö,ø.. and so on, then you wouldn't have to have multiply keyboard layouts and you'd only have to 'push' one key to get the letter you want (of course, searching for "las" would also come up with results for "læs", "lås" and so on, but I hope that won't be too big a problem). Eventually I will move the popup over to xrecord so you can edit a scheduled recording.

Since I do not have international listings, there is only one way to find out. [Image: smile.gif]

If you want the plugin for previewing you can pm or email me.
But I do not want to release it without the padding and quality working.

I might do some other things. Like if you want to do a weekly recording you can pick the show at that time and select weekly in the recording mode box. This will create a manual recording with the specified time, using the shows name as a the show prefix field.

Looks good... are you going to expand it to search in descriptions (with no auto-completions obviously)...

I'd also like to see a search via web interface too.
