'Exit' and 'Setting' in 1.0.8

The new PVRX2.exe is acting a little strange. I have Settings selected the Plugins tab in config.exe. I don't have Exit selected.

When I run PVRX2.exe, I see the EXIT button and no Settings button.
When I run GBPVR.exe, it works as expected. Settings button and no Exit button.

Sorry, this is normal for now. The Setting screen isnt ready yet, so not shown, and the Exit button is currently always shown. Both are on my list to do in the near future, but neither were important enough to hold up the release for.
