Save without restarting recording service

Would it be possible to change the config so when you save
if you just want to update playback settings and appearance stuff
that the recording service didnt have to be restarted

Sorry, its unlikely I'll do this. I used to do this in the early days, but it was too much hassle trying to separate settings that wouldnt have a flow on effect on the recording service.

Ultimately, people dont really need to be changing settings in day to day use, so its not really worth doing this.
