Change title on main menu

Is it possible to change the title shown on the main menu for XRecord, XGuide, & XSearch? I would like the buttons on my main menu to show something like "Recordings", "TV Guide", "Search Guide".
Is this a option in the XML or is it hardcoded in the plugin?

this is also one of my "beefs" with XRecord, but based on a previous response by fla, this seems to hardcoded for now. I have lived with it for the past 1 1/2 years already.

No way of doing this through the language XMLs? Maybe worth a try...

Was able to replace names with custom language.xml as suggested in this thread
