Was running v1.0.08 and everything was running fine. Updated to v1.0.16 and everything looked ok but I hadn't noticed the DVB EPG had stopped updating. After a week, there's nothing left in the TV listings Sad

Tried checking everything but can't see any obvious reason. Logs attached.

Any bright ideas anyone?

Can you tell me the date/time of your PsiParser.ax file?

Hi Sub, hope your enjoying your away time Smile

PsiParser.ax is dated 29/06/2007 16.05

I tried reverting back to the 1.0.08 version but it seems to have the same date/time.

Sub,

Just de-installed 1.0.16 and reverted back to 1.0.08.
DVB EPG is working again so there's something odd in 1.0.16

We had a great time, but I've been back for the last couple of days. I head away again in about a week.

I think that is your problem. You seem to have the old 1.0.8 version of PsiParser.ax. There were a few improvements to the DVB EPG in 1.0.16 (pickup ITV & Channel4 listings from other muxes etc), but its critical you use the 1.0.16 version of PsiParser.ax otherwise you'll get no listings.

I've attached the correct version of this file that should be used with 1.0.16.

Reloaded v1.0.16 and checked the psiparser.ax file. It now has the date of the file in the zip you've sent.

Tested EPG.....it works! Something must have gone wrong in the initial update leaving me with the old file.

Thanks for your help ..... again!

Great.

In theory, this new scheme used in 1.0.16 should be better than previous release, and should result in a lot less gaps in the listings.

Delighted that you enjoyed your break Smile

Can I assume that the changes you have made will handle any instance of MUXs not transmitting all their own EPGs and not just ITV4 and Channel 4...

Correct. ITV and Channel4 were just common examples of channels that often transmit this way, and often ended up with no listings in GB-PVR. The new scheme should always get listings for channels transmitted this way.

Thanks - it was a stupid question anyway :o of course you wouldn't just allow for two specific channels (except in an emergency - we've all done itWink ).
