This last week I have been busy working on the next version of my International Cinema Listings plug-in.

The GB-PVR plugin and it's user interface has had only a few tweaks but the listings web scraper (InternationalCinemaListingsUpdater.exe) has undergone a major overhaul and now works off an XML config file which will hopefully improve the turn-around of a fix for when one of the source websites changes (as they seem to do quite often in the case of fandango.com)

The reason for the post is that I don't want to waste mine or anyone else's time creating the new config files for sources that are not used. I've already done some sources: fandango (USA & Canada), easycinema.com (UK and Ireland), filmladder.nl (Netherlands) and cineman.ch (Switzerland), which ones on the list below should be kept up to date and brought over from the previous version of the plug-in?
  • nzcinema - cannot be used anymore
This may also be a good time to post your wishlist items on this forum.

edit: all sources completed, thanks for your messages

I am from Canada and I use zap2it because fandango doesn't list all the theatres in my area. As far as I can tell, IMDB only works in the US.
Thus, I would really like it if you could keep the zap2it source. Thank you.

I use whatever source you provide to us for the US. I'm not picky Smile I'm just glad there are people willing to write great plugins.

I think I've actually been using Zap2It anyways...

Aussie users - need local info

I've found the au.movies.yahoo.com site and want to know if it covers most of the country as it looks OK to scrape.

The only one I could get to work properly for Vancouver, Canada is the zap2it source which worked well 1st time.
