Hi

Ive had a number of problems with stability now i upgraded to b66 and GBPVR v1.0.16.

Ive removed EVERYTHING and deleted directory then restarted, installed GBPVR v1.0.16, installed EWA b66. user admin with a password on standard port.

Logged in locally, works, removed auto login ranges so its NONE.

On the machines with FIREFOX i get the login page, then login but it halts on the login page once you send the username and password, it seems to be the next page after the login its halting on, on machines with IE it works fine.

Why i think its the next page as if you set up the autologin IP address ranges it just halts once the page it opened as it wont ask for a username and password

What was changed that isnt fully Mozilla compliant with this system???

Never had an issue with the build out with GBPVR v.98.13, worked fine.

Question also is is there a build version number inside the EWA somewhere so i can confirm which version is running on the server?
Many Thanks
Ashley

If you are using Guide2.aspx, hover your mouse over the copyright notice at the bottom of the TV Guide tab...

Nothing has changed which would cause this behavior....sounds as though there is something running that is preventing the authentication session cookie from getting set when you are using FireFox.....

After i login my page goes to Guide.aspx, how do you get to Guide2.aspx? I see its in the directory though.

Interestingly when i try to pull this page manually after logging in, it just send the server CPU to 100% and the page never displays... log files to check?....
Many Thanks
Ashley

Either start up guide.aspx and manually type in '2' after guide in your browser address bar or create a shortcut for

(substitute titan for the name of your own server).

This thread can now be closed, the firefox issue was actually the Channel Icons problem being masked.

Firefox was pulling cached pages then waiting for the server which never actually responded, the problem has not shown itself since this fix has been installed.

see here http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=30899
Many Thanks
Ashley
