Everything was working fine and dandy until Zap2It quit it's free service. Right now I am running the MSN scraper v60. I download the epg just fine with no errors, empty and update it in the config, and everything is fine, but when I go into gbpvr every channel is the same, Oxygen. Whether it's channel 2, 40, or 147861087, it's Oxygen. Any ideas? I've tried to search but all the terms I try to use are common, too short, etc and I don't really get any help.

Are you talking about the listings in the TV Guide, or when you try to watch live tv, or somewhere else?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

The listings in the tv guide are ok, but when you record something or watch live tv, everything is the Oxygen channel.

What am I logging? The scraper or something else?

Try viewing a few channels in live tv, then zip and attach the a copy of the logs directory.

Are you trying to receive these channels from a set top box?

Hopefully that zip file works.

What do you mean "set top box"? I am currently trying to get everything to work on my computer which is hooked up to the cable tv line. I don't have a cable box if that's what you are asking. I have basic 71 channel cable.

I can see its trying to use invalid analog channel numbers, so the tuner will just stay on whatever channel it was on previously. In this example above it is trying to change to channel 640.

View you capture source channel list and correct the channel numbers. These invalid channel numbers have most likely been supplied by your MSN scraper.

I'm at a loss still. I have two sets of channel numbers. The first set has the correct channel name with the right source channel (2/2,3/3,4/4,etc). The second set goes 2/614,3/615,4/616,etc. I un-enabled the second set with the 6xx source channel and gbpvr said it didn't have a tuner source. I went back into config and re-enabled the 6xx source channels and turned off the matching channels. I'm back to where I started. I get tv in Watch Live Tv, but it's all the same channel again. This time it's Fox. At one point I could watch the different channels, but I had a blank channel guide screen. I re-scraped, emptied and updated the epg, and I am back to the beginning again.

I'd delete your database file (gbpvr.db3), effectively starting again from scratch. Then start the config app and recreate you capture source. After you hit the Update EPG button, check the channel numbers look correct, then try live tv to see how you on.

That'll get rid of any duplicate channel you have hanging around (from old zap2it days), then I suspect it'll then be fine.

Well so far so good. We'll see what happens in a few days when I update the epg again. Thanks for the quick help.
