Guide2 version making great progress... EWA is without a doubt, the best way to handle recordings Smile

A couple of observations after first look though...

In IE 7 working in a sized window (big enough for 4 channels in TV Guide)
TV Guide - scroll bar on right
Manage Recordings - scroll bar on right
Episode Search - no scroll bar - bottom of screens stops at first item in 'Channel:' list
Library (Video/Music/Photo) - scroll bar on left

Also, selecting Config tab from Library2.aspx tries to find Admin2.aspx.

Are you using the latest version (just posted today) and after loading have you clicked the refresh button to overlay any of the cached items....you will need to do this on each screen.

Let me know.

I've selected each tab in turn and clicked on my browser refresh button but OP still valid.

However while I was following your suggestions, I spotted another couple of cosmetic things with the UI - but then I've posted prematurely in the past with the white screen/wait 24 hours thing, so I think I should apply the same rule here and see what happens after a .net gets a chance to catch up - I'll check again tomorrow and report back...

TV Guide - scroll bar on right - Correct....I assume this is ok.
Manage Recordings - scroll bar on right - Correct....I assume this is ok.
Episode Search - no scroll bar - bottom of screens stops at first item in 'Channel:' list - This is a fixed page (no scrolling data like in search, manage and guide) I'll see if I can get it in a scroll window to see how it looks.
Library (Video/Music/Photo) - scroll bar on left - Correct....This was by design....when scrolling these areas it seemed more convienient to have it right next to the directories and files rather than being next to the album art or photo (especially since they now stay fixed at the top. Do you not like that setup?

Scroll bars on right are fine - I could get used to scroll bars on left, it's just that I'm accustomed to finding them on the right - an option might be appropriate...

Even full screen, I can't see the Submit or Reset buttons on the Episode Search tab - monitor is 17" wide screen at 1440x900, so without a scroll bar, functionallity is compromised.

I noticed a couple of other purely cosmetic things...
On the Manage Recordings tab, the Pending, In Progress, Available... check boxes now wrap onto a second line...
On the Episode Search tab, the Manual Record button jumps to the right when the Server Time: field is populated.

When in any of the Library tabs, the Config tab still points to Admin2.aspx.

btw, I don't deliberately set out to break things, it's just a side effect of writing and testing code for thirty-odd years I guess...Big Grin

Thanks for the feedback......I guess I'll need to develop with a more standard screen size.....I got a Dell 17" wide screen laptop last spring and am running at 1900x1200.....probably not the most common resolution....:o

I work on the items you listed above....shouldn't be anything too difficult.

All issues resolved... There is one small cosmetic thing re: placement of Submit and Reset buttons (see below) but it doesn't affect functionality. Thanks for the fix...
