Setting up EPG in Australia?

Greetings!
Can anyone help me set up an EPG for Australia (Brisbane)?
It seems that it is obligatory for GB_PVR Configuration to set up a PGR. In Australia this is problematic, it seems public broadcasters don't provide EPG's, commercial ones are tied to hardware and are expensive subscriptions, and free XMLTV ones are legally dodgie.

I have spent hours on the net researching this, links are often out of date, XMLTV grabbers have disappeared etc.

I use the OzTIVO extreme grabber, which I found here:

It doesn't give perfect results, but they are free.
