I accidentally deleted a movie I recorded with gbpvr. Is there anything I can do to get it back?

There is nothing built into GB-PVR that will help with this. You could try something like ntfsundelete: http://ntfsundelete.com/

Ensure that you don't write anything else to the drive before you have undeleted it as this will reduce the chance of a full recovery. Don't install any software to that drive either.
