Hi,
I'm near the Oxford, UK, DVB-T transmitter and the BDA ini file for Oxford has the correct frequencies in it. It finds quite a few channels. However, my signal strength for two of the muxs (29 and 34) is quite low. I can watch TV channels from these muxs OK directly through other PVR software (I've tested OK with Media Portal), but it seems like the signal strength is low enough that the GBPVR tuning assistant ignores the channels in these muxs completely.
Is there any way, please, to adjust the sensitivity threshold when scanning for DVB channels? I'd like to be able to get all channels displayed, no matter their perceived signal strength and quality.
Hope my mux/channel terminology is correct. I'm using a dual-tuner Pinnacle PCI DVB-T card (all detected by GBPVR OK) and version 1.1.5 of GBPVR. I've tried setting BDAScanType to 2, but unfortunately no extra channels were found.
Thanks very much. I'd love to carry on using GBPVR - we had much success with it in conjunction with XMLTVNZ when we lived in NZ!
Cheers,
Rich.
