Problem starting the USBUIRT Plugin with EventGhost?

I have a problem with the USBUIRT Plugin with EventGhost, but I am not sure where to find logs or troubleshoot this.

Attached is the error. Has anyone used the USBUIRT and had success with this? It used to work?

Any help appreciated!
