Are there any free programs which can monitor CPU/Disk Usage, Network Availability and create a graph.

It appears my system occasionally locks for a second then continues quite happily, I'd like something that I can use to monitor over an extended period.

Any suggestions would be great.

Try running perfmon.exe and see if that will do what you want - you can add a heap of counters regarding hdd, network etc.

StatBar can monitor all that, but I think the graphs are limited to about five minute lengths. If that can't do what you want, reviews or articles on it may lead you to something that can.
