Well everything on my GBPVR system works so well I thought I would play with the MVPMC dongle to see what it would offer. It loaded fine and works, but sometimes on live tv (I have not tested recordings yet) I get stuttering of the audio and video. I have the "recommended" version loaded. Are there any tricks? I don't get this with the regular dongle.

The latest is the Alpha test dongle. Try that one - it is a stable product!

Not saying it will help with your problem, though.

There's almost too many answers to this question but I'd be happy to look at your logs although I doubt there is anything obvious. If recordings play fine I'd adjust the livetv playback buffer up by 100ms. There is a possibility that there is a minor audio sync issue that may not be noticable that needs a little more data to correct.

Thanks for the tips. I upped it to 800ms and still got some stuttering on one station. I have not played with it a bunch, but it goes away when I change channels. I just upped it to 900ms and will test it there. I did watch a couple of recordings without any stutter.

I will let you know.
