Setting recording externally

Hello,

Can any of the developers tell me is there a way I can set a recording in GBPVR through a command prompt or text file or similar.

I'm working on setting GBPVR by SMS. I have thus far got an SMS to Email gateway working:

1. I send an SMS with: BBC1,21-01-08,2000,2100
2. My mail application checks for new mail every five minutes
3. On receipt of a new mail it scans out the channel, date, start and stop time.


I now need to get these into GBPVR to do the recording.

Any advice much appreciated.

There is no command lin utility for scheduling recordings, but there is an API for doing this so it wouldnt be hard for you to make one.
