GBPVR Crashes when playing trailers

everytime time i try to play a trailer the mvp just crashes and returns to the page where it says 'emulation mode, filesystem' etc etc

so i followed the sticky to create the two .bat files, set up a scheduled task in windows vista but still they stay as .mov files. i also have quicktime alternative installed but the mvp still crashes.

have i missed something somewhere?
