I tried to use DVD to MPEG on a DVD but the main video is in VTS 03.

So, I manually ran DVD Decrypt and BeSweet, and I've gotten to the point where I have 2 files:
VTS_03_1.VOB
VTS_03_1 - New - [04.02.2008] - [14.35.52]audio.mp2

I'm trying to use the parameters in DVD to MPEG for mplex.exe, but that doesn't work as it wants an m2v file.

What to do?

just rename the .vob to .m2v....same thing...Smile

doesn't dvd2mpg let you choose the 'title'? choosing to rip title 3 would do it...
[unless there's some funky encryption scheme present]

Right, my issue was manually selecting the other settings in the GUI that MPEG to DVD uses.

I figured this out for one movie. I'm going to try another.

Please note the overlap in this image:

I have some fonts bumped up so I can read them, could this be the issue?
