I have just finished developing a little utility to allow create gbpvr recording-dump.xml files with the meta-data from dvr-ms files created by windows media center. Please play around with it and let me know what you think.

This is a simple application for outputting the meta-data from dvr-ms files recorded by Windows Media Center to the xml format required for importing recordings into gb-pvr. This may work with dvr-ms recordings from other programs but I do not have any other recordings to test this with. It will import recordings in the READY state without and uids
Because dvr-ms files have no meta-data that says when they were recorded, you have the option of using the creation date of the file or the original broadcast date from the meta-data.
I can offer a limited amount of support if this program doesn't work for you. Either find me in the GB-Pvr forums or email me on Chris.S.Smart@ntlworld.com If it does break for you, I would like to hear about it, I also welcome feedback and improvement suggestions but I can't promise to implement them.
The program uses functionality from Toub.MediaCenter.Dvrms.dll kindly provided by Stephen Toub of Microsoft Corporation.
Now for the boring bit:
This application is provided 'AS-IS' with no warranty. As of compilation it has no spyware, adware, viruses etc. If it breaks your recordings, computer, house, pets, etc I cannot be held responsible!
