I added some channels to a PVR-150 S-video interface in order for it to work with an STB and a blaster and they are not showing up (the new channels) in TV Listings. They show up fine in TV guide and I can tune into the channels and get information at the bottom, but they don't show up on the listings. I had both these plugins enabled and thought that was the problem, but I disabled TV Guide and TV listings still didnt work. I have only one lineup - I just select different channels for different cards/interfaces.

HELP Sad

I forgot to mention that I've added cards and interfaces before and this problem never crept up.

Hi,

you must first assign the new channels to one of your defined guide: Go to Configuration -> Plugins -> TV Listings -> Guides -> <GuideName> -> Edit

I'll go ahead and do that, but I didn't have to do it the last time. Since there's only one guide, do I have to just check off the ones that are in use across all capture cards?

Also, when I hit guide on the remote I get TV Guide instead of TV Listings..where do I change the assignment?

Thanks!

Hi,
gazoo Wrote:I'll go ahead and do that, but I didn't have to do it the last time.
Probably because it was the first time you use the plugin and didn't change your channel lineup since then.

Yes.

Edit your config.xml file and change the line
Code:
<DefaultPluginGuide>TV Guide</DefaultPluginGuide>
to
Code:
<DefaultPluginGuide>TV Listings</DefaultPluginGuide>

Thanks! That's all it was. Once I ticked off all the channels everything was good.

alibert, I tried setting the default plugin for TV Listings instead, but it still shows TV Guide. Is there another place that this needs to be changed at?

Bump on the guide button part of the question.

Sorry, I don't know then. If I do the changes mentioned above, I can press the f1 key which takes me to the tv listings plugin.
