Forcing a Recording event to status 5 or 6

If I force a recording event to status 5 (conflict) or 6 (failed), before the event is to occur, what would happen?

I actually don't want to destroy the record, just disable it. I would insert a new record for that same time frame, and I want to be sure GB-PVR will record with the new record, but leave the old one alone...

I dont know what would happen. I dont test these scenarios. You'd have to try it and see.
