Some asked me a question about the remote keys on the NMT and I was going to point them to the wiki explaining that the keys are the same as the Hauppauge remote, except of course while media plays

In the media libraries you can use:

Prev and Next to scroll a screen at a time.

In the TV Guide:

Green and Blue scroll a screen at at time.

Also hitting Play on folder is default Shuffle Play. To use it to play files in order use this config.xml setting

<AutoShuffleRecursivePlay>false</AutoShuffleRecursivePlay>

Are there any others hints for new users?

Is any PCH key mapped to "Record" in GBPVR? The PCH remote doesn't have a "record" key, so I thought maybe another (otherwise unused) button could be mapped to it (maybe Red).

No there isnt. Its not possible to record from within live tv on the PCH. To schedule a recording you need to do it from the TV Guide or Recordings screen.

I know we can't record from live TV, I mainly wanted it because I quickly got used to being able to delete recordings by pressing the record button (as opposed to displaying the show info & selecting delete).

Ok. I dont think he has mapped the 'Record' key to something on the PCH remote.
