hi to all and a dilemma ?

1st off like to say hello to all on here,im new.2nd thing is ive got on of these dvb-t stick freecom devices which you have prob heard a million times wont work with a vista machine ?
Well i cant get the blasted thing to work,is there any easy links for a simple minded person ? or step by step guide hinden on the net.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I'm not familiar with DVB-T devices but if it has an analog tuner, the analog probably won't work with GBPVR because it is probably missing the required hardware decoder. For the digital side, run Filtercheck.exe located in the GBPVR install folder and then post the resulting Filtercheck.log and we can create a tuner entry for you.

It would probably be best to post it in the Hardware forum.

DVB-T is the digital OTA standard, so should be able to work.... just a mo....

That would appear to say that Freecom don't supply the needed BDA drivers. I haven't read the whole thread - might be worth a read.
