NMT skin setting isn't being honored

I'd like to use the Community3 skin for my PC and NMT, while the Blue is used for my MVPs. Unfortunately I have the Community3 skin chosen as my NMT skin, but it keeps using the default Blue.

You can see here in the log it seems to read the setting ok, but no dice.

The main board from my development/test PCH is in an anti-static bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, in a small box, travelling the world on its way to the RMA center in Fremont CA for repairs.

I do have another PCH, but it'll mean an extraction from an entertainment center, and likely to involve my daughters sharp pointy fingers poking me in the ribs as she tells me to give it back...

(ie, it'll have to wait convenient time. I'm happy for you to bump the thread every few days until you get an answer though)
