hey there. i am new to the byo-pvr thing and getting ready to put together my first home brew tivo. i have been researching endlessly and just thought someone should say THANK YOU to you for creating such a usefull, fully realized software package...and then offering it (with support) for FREE.

that's truly the spirit the internet ought to be about (but rarely is). thanks much for all your time and effort.

regards,
AC

I second this. GB-PVR is in my system now and EVEYTHING is working, Live TV - EPG - SURROUND - NO STUTTERING.

I have put hundreds of hours on my HEPC, a majority of them in finding a working software. I've tried MediaPortal, SageTV, BeyondTV and Meedio. Nothing has actually worked 100%.

But GBPVR does, and it only took me a few hours to get everything up.
Gosch, do you think I've almost all shows up to next week on my recording schedule - I guess I have an accumulated need for recording these days.
Gosh2, have I played the THX demonstration movie in AC3 whole night.

Big thankyou. Excpect a donation during this week!

Yes very well done, Sub. Even on my lowly PC (by today's standards) GB-PVR works and looks good!

Best Regards,
Fuzzy
