I keep most of my movies on a seperate machine, which doesn't need to be up all the time. I'd rather let it hibernate most of the time and wake-on-lan it when needed.
The easiest way in terms of usability would be from within GBPVR. To this end I'd like to see the possibility to run something like 'WOL.EXE' when entering MovieWizard.
Could this be done ?

Yes, I think this could be done.

An option could be provided that
  • Is only available when running as a client
  • Would trigger a specified commandline at the time the plugin is activated
  • The command line would be maintained in the config program and could be any valid DOS command/program.
Would that work?

Perfect - This would be everything I'd need.

Thanks for the immediate reply, JW.
