Because the questions are already coming on the NMT forum from istar users I thought I'd start to explain the change that the next Syabas firmware has in store for you. The change is actually quite straightforward, you just have to change the telnet.html file.
Where you now might now have something like:
You will need:
In addition the full name of you server
hare in this case EditMe:mvpmc can actually be edited on the NMT to suit your needs. You also can view what these names actually are from your PC, with this URL in your browser (substituting you NMT IP)
http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8883/network_share.html
If you do edit the name, remember it is the entire EditMe:mvpmc that will need to be replaced in telnet.html, not just EditMe
After the new firmware is released, I will be talking more about how to load GB-PVR with no configuration. I will want to get a few of you to help test the instructions first.
