PVR-150 Temporal Filter With S-Video Input?

Trying to squeeze the best recording quality out of my PVR-150, using the s-video input. Tried to decrease the temporal filter level (using GraphEdit), but it doesn't seem to be having an effect. Adjusting brightness/sharpness/etc. thru GraphEdit works.

Does the card even perform temporal smoothing for the s-video input?

pvr150 doesnt record the sharpest picture
but this will help
and it easy to set with this tool or reset
