Help Please With HVR 1600 Drivers

Hi All,
I,m a Noobe so please bear with me
I tried to install a HVR 1600,but the drivers on the CD would not install.
Downloaded Drivers and tried too install,same Problem.
So I took the Card back,Maybe too soon.
From what I have heard all over this Forum,the card seems to be Good.
I don't remember the exact error,but something like can't install Drivers.
There was NO other TV Card drivers installed.
My Specs are.
Motherboard Msi 7309
Cpu Amd Dual Core 4200
Video Card GeForce 8600 512M
Memory 2048
3 Hard Drives,2X200G,1X120G
22" Wide Screen
I would like to Use a Dual Tuner Card,This card,if Possible.
Any Advice would be Greatly Appriciated.

I used the downloaded drivers before anything on the CD and did not have any issues with installation in WinXP. The card has been working extremely well since.
