Name the Netflix plugin contest.

One of the requirements of using the new API from Netflix is that the application name cannot start with "Netflix". Another is that the name cannot contain the word "Flix". With this in mind, please use this thread to submit ideas for a new name for the plugin or to "vote" for (or against) one of the names submitted.
The winner will get a free copy of the plugin.

Hmm..maybe combining a word meaning Net and one meaning Flix is too obvious. I don't know, It's odd that they wouldn't want you to refer to them. Good luck!!

You can refer to them, just not start with "Netflix" which is understandable, they don't want people to think that it is from them. The no "Flix" is probably because that is a brand for a different company.
Here are the guidelines from Neflix: Quote:Naming:So it will be "[whatever we decide] for Netflix". That way, if a Blockbuster app ever comes out we can keep some sort of common naming scheme. I will be adding the logo for the task image.

With the move to Silverlight and the Netflix Developer API, a lot of the existing plugin code will be uneccessary so I just started over. As stated in the first post, you'll get a free copy of the new plugin.
