Hi,

Just installed 1.2.9 yesterday no previous versions used. Hardware Asus PE9400, installed using instructions from forum thread http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...sus+pe9400 and able to find in BDA Device configuration. Using ScheduleDirect and able to find all local OTA channels. Problem is when Digital Channel mapping only few channels are found. I also have Arcsoft TotalMedia 3.5 which confirms all OTA channel signals are strong. I have roof antenna so signal strength has never been problem.

Any and all suggestions welcome...

How many channels did it find, and how many do you think it should have found?

only found about 10-20, finds primarily same channels each time although rescan this am and found few others which didn't find last night when i tried. Then rescanned again few minutes later and those were not found again. Should be around 50-60 chanels, that is what TotalMedia found and TVPRO for my Pinnacle HDTV stick found before. I dont care about most of them, but just main OTA channels CBS, ABC, Fox, did not find. NBC found on 1 scan attempt but error message came up when tried to map to channel and gone on next scan.

Last night was able to view channels in GBPVR but was getting "unable to view channel weak signal" type message on others which had found in scan. Then tried viewing same channel on TotalMedia and signal was full bars and came in fine.

Do you have the scanning patch from the '1.2.13 survival guide' thread?

I found patch and am assuming you unzip to GBPVR folder.. Scanned again, found few different channels but still not major networks and still only about 20.. Almost all channels are PBS ones, no major network channels..
