Be relatively to the world of Windows programing I was wondering if anyone know or can find out via their MSDN that if I stop GB-PVR Recording Service

and then updating the registry by "anding"

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GB-PVR Recording Service\Type

with 0x100 would that enable Interact with Desktop when the recording service restarts?

Re-opening an old thread does this key remain the same on a 64bit OS or is there a Wow6432 style for it too?
