Trouble stopping (or pausing)

I'm surprised that I seem to be the only one with this problem.

When I stop a movie, or when it ends, I can't return to the menu. Instead, the screen is black with the words "Transition:Stopped" (or something like that) in the center of the screen. I have to connect a keyboard and press escape to restore operation.

Also, are the pause or skip keys on the remote supposed to work while watching a movie? Mine don't.

I love the plugin, but I can't show it to the wife until I solve this.

I haven't seen this issue myself but I'll see if I can reproduce it. I've been using the Arcsoft player for watching lately. Pause should be working just fine. Skip has recently stopped working on some shows but I have not been able to narrow down the issue yet. Netflix is going through a lot of changes with their Watch Instantly features so I was kind of in a holding pattern with development to see how they turned out.

There are actually two executables. I prefer the uMCEDVDPlayer.exe
